To this end they are SOC 2 Type II Certified and undergo regular SOC 2 Type II audits (all 5 Trust Services Criteria) performed by an independent third-party auditing firm. As a ISO/IEC 27001:2013 compliant company they also adhere to the EU GDPR code for data security and confidentiality

Data is stored with Amazon Web Services. This allow scalability and you can be safe in the knowledge that your training will never run into any capacity constraints. Being an enterprise grade Tier III data centers an updated yearly uptime of over 99.982% are expected.
Support
Your Training Portal is extremely easy to manage and included is an onboarding workshop so that you can use your portal with confidence. Not everyone has, however, the resources to manage this and for those we offer active support packages to help them to maximize their training portal features.

Your data is your property, and you can always export content and results at any time. Your information and data are stored, retrieved, and protected in full adherence to the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
